Why Our Cancellation Policy Matters
At Cabo Marlini Sportfishing Charters, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility and peace of mind for our customers. Whether you’re booking a thrilling sportfishing adventure or need to adjust your plans, our policy ensures that you have the freedom to make changes without unnecessary stress. We prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction, making it easy for you to manage your bookings with confidence.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Below are the details of our cancellation policy:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the booking: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation within 72 hours of the booking: 30% of the deposit will be charged.
- Cancellation within one week of the booking: 15% of the total deposit will be charged.
- No Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows.
In case of bad weather and if the port is closed, your trip will be rescheduled for a future date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
